• Predict: apply a compatible pretrained or local checkpoint to a four-file diffusion MRI input folder.
• Train: configure and run simulator-based training with Hydra.
• Evaluate: evaluate trained runs, calculate metrics, and export maps.
• Simulators: define acquisition schemes, signal compartments, priors, mixtures, and noise models.
